However, if you have a good idea we would like to hear from you! We are always open to suggestions and have in the past employed consultants through this process. It should be noted that the funding we have at our disposal for such projects is very limited, and your proposals stand a much greater chance of acceptance if extra-budgetary funding from another source can be found.
