OOPC

The Ocean Observations Panel for Climate is a joint panel of GCOS, GOOS, and the WCRP. It develops recommendations for a sustained global ocean observing system in support of climate objectives, helps develop ongoing evaluation and evolution, and supports global ocean observing activities through liaison and advocacy.
